  • Professionalism: Respectful communication in both online (Slack/Discord/Email) and offline (classroom) settings. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

IT & Infrastructure Usage Policy

To ensure the proper use of the institute's hardware, software, and network resources.
  • Acceptable Use: Computers and high-speed internet should be used strictly for course-related research and projects.
  • Security: Students must not share login credentials or install unauthorized/pirated software on lab machines. Violations may result in restricted access.
  • Maintenance: Users are responsible for the physical care of any equipment provided. Damages caused by negligence will be subject to a penalty.

To comply with data protection regulations regarding student information.
  • Data Collection: Only essential data (Name, Contact, Educational Background) is collected strictly for enrollment and administrative purposes.
  • Usage: Personal data will not be sold or shared with third-party marketers. We implement strict security measures to protect your privacy.
  • Retention: Student records are kept for a specific period (e.g., 5 years) post-certification for employment and academic verification purposes.

Admission & Refund Policy

To provide absolute transparency regarding fee structures, enrollment, and cancellation terms.
  • Enrollment: Specific prerequisites and criteria must be met for admission into specialized tracks (e.g., AI/ML vs. Web Development).
  • Refunds: Clear timelines for refunds — 100% refund issued within 7 days of the first class; 0% refund after crossing the initial 7-day milestone.
  • Installments: Strict rules regarding late fee penalties apply for individuals opting for installment-based payment plans.

Attendance & Participation Policy

To ensure students achieve the necessary learning outcomes required for certification and placement.
  • Minimum Attendance: A minimum of 75–80% aggregate attendance is mandatory to be eligible for certification and placement assistance programs.
  • Leave of Absence: Official procedures must be followed for notifying instructors regarding any planned or emergency absences.
  • Online/Hybrid Switch: Specific guidelines apply for students wishing to switch between offline and online/hybrid learning batches during the program.

Placement & Internship Policy

To define the explicit scope of the "Placement Assistance" provided by Curiosity Tech.
  • Eligibility: Full completion of all core modules, active participation in mock interviews, and successful deployment of a "Live Project" are required.
  • Support: Provision of resume-building workshops, LinkedIn profile optimization, and interview scheduling with 500+ hiring partners.
  • Disclaimer: The institute provides "Assistance" and "Opportunities" based on merit and hard work — not a "Job Guarantee."

Intellectual Property (IP) Policy

To clarify the ownership of source code, designs, and projects developed during training sessions.
  • Student Work: Students explicitly retain all rights to showcase their independently created projects, assignments, and code in their personal portfolios.
  • Institute Material: Official course content, proprietary lecture notes, and recorded lectures remain the exclusive intellectual property of Curiosity Tech and cannot be redistributed.

Grievance Redressal Policy

To provide a formal, structural channel for students and staff to report conflicts or issues.
  • Formal Process: Issues regarding training quality, staff behavior, infrastructure, or facilities should be formally submitted via our dedicated email or portal.
  • Resolution Timeline: We are committed to acknowledging complaints within 48 hours of receipt and resolving them within 15 working days.

Sexual Harassment (POSH) Policy

To maintain a completely safe, respectful environment for all genders in strict compliance with Indian law.
  • Zero Tolerance: Strict prohibition of any unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature on campus or in online spaces.
  • Internal Committee (IC): Formation of an Internal Committee to handle any reported incidents with absolute confidentiality and fairness.
